TYFA (Trans Youth Family Allies) is another of our favorite websites! Information for parents, educators, and healthcare providers.

3. PFLAG: http://community.pflag.org/
"Parents, Families, Friends, and Allies United with LGBTQ People to move equality forward!"

PFLAG offers support groups in many local communities around the United States. We have been attending a PFLAG meeting for several months now, and we love the support from other parents, friends, allies, and people in our community that identify as LGBTQ.
